Yes! Most cafes provide free Wi-Fi (password is usually on the receipt). In subways, look for "Public WiFi Secure". portable Wi-Fi is still recommended for navigation.

It is best to buy a SIM card or rent Wi-Fi at the airport upon arrival. Convenience stores also sell them, but activation might be harder.

Yes! You can use Creatrip or "Shuttle Delivery" apps which support English and foreign cards. "Baemin" usually requires a Korean number.

Yes, highly recommended. The T-money card is a rechargeable transportation card used for subways, buses, and taxis. You can buy one at any convenience store (GS25, CU, 7-Eleven) or subway station. Also check out WOWPASS for easy payments.
